What is the policy for prescription refills?
We ask for a 24-hour notice for any in-house prescription refills. You may also use our online pharmacy to have your pet’s medications filled and delivered directly to your home. If you are requesting a refill from a different online pharmacy we require that you pick up a handwritten prescription that you will then mail directly to that pharmacy.
Do you offer payment plans?
We partner with both CareCredit and Scratchpay to offer convenient payment options for your pet’s medical expenses. Please visit our ‘Payment Options’ link for more information or to apply.
What are your hours?
We are open:
- M-F from 8:00am -12:00pm & 1:30pm – 5:00pm for appointments
- We close between 12:00pm – 1:30pm for procedure time
- We are closed Saturday and Sunday
What does it mean to be Fear Free?
The mission of Fear Free is to prevent and alleviate fear, anxiety, and stress in pets during their visit to our hospital. This involves the use of different techniques and approaches to the handling of your pets to create a stress-free experience. ALL staff members at ECV are Fear Free certified.
What types of pets do you treat?
We treat dogs and cats. On a limited basis, we see pocket pets (guinea pigs, hamsters, rats) and rabbits.
